The staff went above and beyond, finding my lost ID card and handling the situation with professionalism and kindness; their attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest. I also enjoyed relaxing in the beautifully arranged garden furniture on the outdoor terrace, which enhanced my dining experience at the hotel's excellent restaurant.
